Palm Sunday

Join us as we commemorate Palm Sunday, the day Jesus made His triumphant entry into Jerusalem. At all six of our campus locations, we’ll celebrate this pivotal moment when Jesus rode into the city on a donkey while crowds welcomed Him as their king.
Our special Palm Sunday services will feature:
- Inspiring worship celebrating Jesus’ arrival in Jerusalem
- A powerful message about the significance of this moment in Jesus’ journey
- Community celebration as we begin Holy Week together
- All Service Times are Normal
No matter which of our six campuses you attend, you’ll experience a meaningful service that helps prepare our hearts for the Easter season. Come be part of this significant day as we reflect on Jesus’ humility, kingship, and the beginning of Holy Week.
In Remembrance
Friday, April 18th
4pm
“In Remembrance” is an immersive experience that guides visitors through seven exhibits featuring tangible representations of Christ’ Passion—from the ancient olive tree of Gethsemane to the crown of thorns, silver pieces, whip, dice, nails, and cross—culminating in a Good Friday service with the Lord’s Supper.
The service begins at 6:30 pm and will take place in the Worship Center.

24 hours of Prayer and Fasting
April 19th and 20th
Join us for 24 Hours of Prayer & Fasting as we seek the Lord’s face, repent of our sins, and seek God’s movement in our community and beyond!
People from all six campuses will be coming together for this one day to pray together and seek God’s face in our Downtown Campus Prayer Room! We are praying for a movement from the Lord bigger than any of us.

Meet our Senior Pastor
Dr. Aaron D. Burgner
Pastor Aaron became the pastor of Lakes Church (formerly Church at the Mall) in September of 2017. Since then, he has led our congregation with expository and in-depth teaching through the Word of God. His approach is that by learning and teaching through the bible verse-by-verse that we will begin to see that in its entirety, it is all one narrative that points and shouts back to Christ. So, as we look forward to kicking off this Easter Season, Pastor Aaron will be closing out the journey he has been leading us through, looking at the life of Christ, His great sacrifice, burial and resurrection!

On Palm Sunday & Easter Sunday, childcare will be available for campuses holding 9:45am or 11:00am services. Be sure to check the event blocks above to see which service times your campus will be holding on Easter Sunday.
Due to the number of attendees at each service, we ask that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the start of the service you are attending to ensure everyone is seated before the service begins.
Each service lasts approximately one hour.
Where you feel most comfortable in formal attire or jeans and a t-shirt, we encourage you to come as you are. Please be modest, but come as you are!
