The Lakes Church Network
The Lakes Church Network is designed to train and equip the next generation of ministry leaders to serve most effectively according to the calling God has placed on their lives. We believe that every human being is created in the image of God and is called to ministry of some sort. Some may be called to vocational ministry, bi-vocational ministry, or lay leadership, but regardless, everyone has a biblical mandate to serve the church and share the gospel.
The LC Network is our intentional strategy to live out that mandate by “equipping the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12).
College Residency
The College Residency is designed for those who are in the college age range (18-24). The College Residency combines theological training, hands-on experience, spiritual formations and intentional mentorship to help participants grow in their leadership ability and clarify their calling either in vocational ministry or in the marketplace.
- 2-year residency
- 10-15 hours a week
- Weekly meetings
- Regular meetings and mentorship from ministry leaders
- Various leadership responsibilities in different ministry areas
Bi-vocational Residency
The bi-vocational Residency is the wing of the LC Network that appeals to those that already have full-time jobs but feel that God may be (or has) called them into ministry. The Bi-vocational Residency is designed to come alongside and train men and women that are at different stages of life for the ministry. The Bi-vocational residency combines theological training, hands-on experience, spiritual formations and intentional mentorship to help participants grow in their leadership ability and clarify their calling either in vocational ministry or in the marketplace.
